This company wanted a more efficient way of organising its service calls. Originally, two people were spending the first half of every day analysing the list of jobs and sending them to the appropriate engineer. If the engineer had more than three outstanding jobs from the day before, an email was generated to the engineer’s manager stating this.
After we installed a small program, all jobs are emailed automatically to each engineer (and manager if necessary) at the click of a mouse, in around 35 seconds, saving one staff-day per day.
