The firm needed a quick and efficient method of matching candidates to vacancies. A database was created storing skill sets and experience of candidates, and skills and experience required by vacancies. This provided:
Automatic skill matching candidates to job vacancies.
E-mail a list of all suitable candidates to the company with the vacancy when the vacancy is entered on the system.
Likewise, automatic e-mail to candidates when a job matching their skill set is registered.
